Another reason we personally fell in love with the AQ is it is located 0.6 miles from Alabama’s Gulf State Park’s Cotton-Bayou entrance of the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail. The Park is a true hidden gem that has 28 miles of paved running, walking and biking trails with nine different ecosystems. Being Marathon Runners and Triathletes who love to train on vacation, this Trail is a huge asset!
